School

School is in session. 

This means a lot of different things. It means I'm back to piles of homework, and a lot of stress. But, it also means I'm back to my campus ministry and the friends I've made through that. 24/7, the campus ministry I'm involved with, has been an awesome thing for me and all of my sisters during our college years. It's a place where I have really grown in Christ. As a matter of fact, I am part of the leadership team of 24/7 and I'm leading a group of freshmen guys in a bible study. It's been really awesome so far getting to see Jesus work in their hearts. 

As a result of this summer and my growth over the past year I just see more and more the need for Jesus on this campus. It breaks my heart to see my peers who are searching for something bigger but filling that hole with things like alcohol and sex and other idols. Pray for the University of Iowa campus and that I could be a beacon of Christ's light for the people who are seeking. I'll keep ya'll posted on my life! Love!
